SHIPPING POLICIES

Processing Time

• All orders will ship within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday). If you need an order shipped sooner, please email info@lenoxjames.com
• Orders under $200 will be charged based on the weight of the order, the destination, and the service type.

Estimated Shipping Times

• Delivery of your items will vary depending on your location and designated shipping method. Orders ship Monday through Friday - excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has shipped.

• Ground Advantage Mail ( 4-7 days ) - Your order will ship within our regular turn-around time via first class mail. This is only the shipping time and does not include the turn-around (time we need to process your order).
• Priority Mail ( 1-3 days ) - Your order will ship within our regular turn-around time via priority mail. This is only the shipping time and does not include the turn-around time we need to process your order.

Shipping Insurance

Customs/Duties and Import Taxes

• LENOX JAMES will declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments. If customs/duties charges occur, customers will be 100% responsible for associated fees. LENOX JAMES is not responsible for customs charges.  
• For international orders, if your package is unclaimed, refused, or returned back to us, you will be refunded for the amount of the products minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returned/unclaimed/refused international orders.
• International shipments may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered.

 Incorrect Address/Returned Mail

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. LENOX JAMES is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Packages returned to LENOX JAMES can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense. Packages marked as delivered, but "not received," are the customer’s responsibility to locate. 

 Lost or Non-Delivered Packages

• Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands it is the property of USPS and we have very limited information available to us. Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation on your behalf.

• LENOX JAMES does not issue refunds for lost packages.

Return Policies

• LENOX JAMES does not accept returns on SALE, SIBLING, BIRTHDAY, HOLIDAY or SEASONAL items. Items no longer available on the website are not eligible for return. International orders are not eligible for return.

• Returns:
  • Once the item(s) are received, inspected, and meet the criteria outlined above - store credit will be issued for the original amount paid for the item(s). There will be a restocking fee if the item(s) are not in the same condition it was received (neatly folded and in the original packaging).
  • Shipping fees associated with orders are not eligible for refund.
  • Items will not be held while a return is in transit.
  • Buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees. 
• Items accepted for return will be issued in the form of for store credit. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received (folded, neatly packaged, original tags attached, unwashed, and unworn condition - within 14 days of delivery (date is determined by USPS tracking).
• To request a return, email info@lenoxjames.com within 7 days of delivery (date is determined by USPS tracking). 

• Damaged Items:

• If an item is damaged, you must email LENOX JAMES no later than 3 days of delivery at info@lenoxjames.com (delivery date is determined by USPS tracking).
• If you receive an incorrect item (size/color), you must contact LENOX JAMES no later than 3 days of delivery by emailing info@lenoxjames.com (delivery date is determined by USPS tracking). 
• Damaged and/or incorrect items Items must be returned in the same condition they were received (folded, neatly packaged, original tags attached, unwashed, and unworn condition in the original packaging. There will be a 5% restocking fee if the items are not sent back in the same condition they were received. 

Order Cancellations 

If the buyer requests a cancellation, LENOX JAMES will deduct Credit Card/PayPal fees from the refund.

Coupons, Sales, Promos

• Items purchased during sales (Black Friday, End of Summer Sale, etc.) are FINAL SALE.  LENOX JAMES does not accept returns on items purchased during sales.
• Coupons, promotional codes, and sales cannot be stacked or combined.  Please ensure that coupons are applied at the time of purchase. Coupons and/or promotional codes cannot be applied to past orders, no exceptions.  

Rewards Program

Misuse of the rewards program will result in deactivation. Any points accumulated will be forfeited for deactivated accounts. Orders will be cancelled per LENOX JAMES discretion.  

Privacy Policy

Lenox James will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order, and for legal reasons.  Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.  By using our site, you consent to our web site privacy policy.
