Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- LENOX JAMES does not accept returns or exchanges on SALE, CUSTOM, SIBLING, BIRTHDAY OR HOLIDAY items. All sales are final on these items.
- RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
- Items are accepted for return will be for store credit if returned in their unwashed and unworn condition within 14 days of delivery date. To request a return or exchange, please email info@lenoxjames.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Once the item(s) are received and we confirm they are in unwashed, unworn condition and in the original packaging with tags, you will receive a store credit. Store credit will be issued for the original cost of the item. Shipping costs associated with the order are not eligible for refund or store credit.
- We cannot hold items while a return is in transit from the buyer.
- The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees.
- Items shipped internationally are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
- If an item is damaged or there is a quality issue, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@lenoxjames.com
