SHIPPING

Processing Time

All orders will ship within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday).

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Delivery of your items will vary depending on your location and designated shipping method. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped.
  • First Class Mail ( 4-7 days ) - Your order will ship within our regular turn around time via first class mail. This is only the shipping time and does not include the turn around time we need to process your order.
  • Priority Mail (1-3 days ) - Your order will ship within our regular turn around time via priority mail. This is only the shipping time and does not include the turn around time we need to process your order.
  • Free Shipping on orders over $100 is only available within the United States.

Customs/Duties and Import Taxes

  • Lenox James will declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments.  If customs/duties charges occur, customers will be 100% responsible for the fees. Lenox James is not responsible for covering any customs charges.  
  • For international orders, if your package is unclaimed, refused, or returned back to us, you will be refunded for the amount of the products minus a 10% restocking fee.  Shipping costs will not be refunded on returned/unclaimed/refused international orders.
  • International shipments may take up to 3 months to be delivered.

 Incorrect Address/Returned Mail

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. LENOX JAMES is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipping of packages returned to Lenox James can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense. Packages marked as delivered, but "not received," are the customer’s responsibility to locate. 

 Lost or Non-Delivered Packages

  • Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands it is the property of USPS and we have very limited information available to us. Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation on your behalf but, we are not able to track down lost packages on our end.

  • LENOX JAMES does not issue refunds on lost packages.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • LENOX JAMES does not accept returns or exchanges on SALE, CUSTOM, SIBLING, BIRTHDAY OR HOLIDAY items.  All sales are final on these items.
    • RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
      • Items are accepted for return will be for store credit if returned in their unwashed and unworn condition within 14 days of delivery date.  To request a return or exchange, please email info@lenoxjames.com within 7 days of the delivery date. 
      • Once the item(s) are received and we confirm they are in unwashed, unworn condition and in the original packaging with tags, you will receive a store credit.  Store credit will be issued for the original cost of the item.  Shipping costs associated with the order are not eligible for refund or store credit.
      • We cannot hold items while a return is in transit from the buyer.
      • The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees. 
  • Items shipped internationally are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
  • If an item is damaged or there is a quality issue, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@lenoxjames.com

     

    ORDER CANCELLATIONS

    If the buyer requests a cancellation of their order, Lenox James will deduct Credit Card/PayPal/Sezzle fees from the refund.

     

    COUPONS/SALES

    • Items purchased during sales (Black Friday, End of Summer Sale, etc.) are FNAL SALE.  LENOX JAMES does not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased during these sales.
    • Coupons, promotional codes, and sales cannot be stacked or combined.  Please ensure that any coupons are applied at the time of purchase.  Coupons or promotional codes cannot be applied to existing orders, no exceptions.  

     

    REWARDS PROGRAM

    Rewards account will be automatically deactivated and excluded from our rewards program if customers use multiple email addresses to redeem $10 friend referral rewards.  All points will be automatically forfeited for excluded accounts.  Orders will be cancelled per our discretion.

     

    PRIVACY POLICY

    Lenox James will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order, and for legal reasons.  Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.  By using our site, you consent to our web site privacy policy.
