Shipping Insurance
- Shipping protection is offered as an optional add-on during the checkout process. The buyer can choose whether or not to purchase this coverage.
- Shipping Protection provided by Route is an added layer of protection to your order, which ensures replacement if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen. By not selecting package protection, LENOX JAMES is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
- You can report an issue to Route through their mobile app, the email you receive from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com. You must file a claim with Route within their timeline to receive a resolution.
Customs/Duties and Import Taxes

LENOX JAMES will declare the full commercial value on all international (non-U.S.) shipments. Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or related fees. LENOX JAMES is not liable for any charges incurred at customs.

For international orders, if a package is unclaimed, refused, or returned to us, a refund will be issued for the product total minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned, unclaimed, or refused international orders.

Incorrect Address/Returned Mail

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. LENOX JAMES is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us, it can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense. Packages marked as “delivered” but not received are the customer’s responsibility to locate.
Lost or Non-Delivered Packages

Packages marked as “delivered” but not received are the customer’s responsibility to locate. Once a package leaves our facility, it becomes the property of USPS, and our access to tracking information is limited. We recommend contacting your local post office to initiate an investigation.

Return Policies
- LENOX JAMES does not accept returns on SALE, SIBLING, BIRTHDAY, HOLIDAY or SEASONAL items. Items no longer available on the website are not eligible for return. International orders are not eligible for return.

There will be a 5% restocking fee if the items are not returned in the same condition they were received.
Order Cancellations

Coupons, Sales, Promos

Items purchased during sales (Black Friday, End of Summer Sale, etc.) are FINAL SALE. LENOX JAMES does not accept returns on items purchased during sales.

Rewards Program
